Samuel brings more than 15 years of experience in international business transactions as well as a community leader and advisor of community based organizations in meeting their legal and business objectives. Samuel is the President and founder of Intrepid Investment Services International, a firm that assists institutional and individual investors interested in, or currently investing or doing business in Africa and Southeast Asia, primarily in the areas of oil and gas, energy, transportation and real estate development.
Samuel previously co-founded and was partner at LLP Enterprise, LLC, an international consultancy firm specializing in government IT and other modernization consultancy services in Africa and Southeast Asia. Prior to co-founding LLP, Samuel founded and was the principal attorney at the Law Office of Samuel N. Omwenga, P.C., a Washington, DC based law firm that for more than 12 years handled a variety of political, business and immigration legal matters for a diverse client base that included Fortune 500 companies, major political leaders, small businesses and individuals. Samuel no longer practices law but now enjoys establishing relationships for clients with his valuable connections in both business and government in respective countries in Africa and Southeast Asia.
Samuel obtained his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Maryland, College Park as a returning student in 1994 before proceeding to the State University of New Jersey School of Law where he graduated with a Juris Doctor degree (JD) in 1997.
