Executive Vice President – Managed Healthcare

Dr. Kibe (DrPH, MS, MHS, PA-C ) has an extensive background in Health and Wellness, Dr. Kibe manages the HealthCare Division of DCG. Her roles include establishing outcome-driven healthcare delivery systems within the DCG infrastructure; ensuring patient centered processes within our delivery model and excellence in wellcare. Dr. Kibe has served in various capacities as a practicing certified Physician Assistant (PA-C), public health researcher, academician, healthcare leader, and philanthropist both in USA and in Kenya. She was previously the Director of Clinical and Wellness Services at Project HOME, Philadelphia, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to empowering individuals experiencing homelessness. Dr. Kibe has vast experience in population health research funded by the National Institutes of Health. She is currently a family practice PA-C and the Chief Medical Quality Officer at a Community Health Center in Virginia that serves low-income, minority and marginalized patients. She is also an active pioneer leader for doctoral-level graduate education for Physician Assistants.Dr. Kibe is passionate about healthcare for the underserved, healthcare for the diaspora, global health, healthcare leadership, and medical education. She lives in Virginia, USA with her family.
